Merchant Admin Service is the operational team specialized in merchant configurations in our clients back-end systems. The team onboards new merchants by administering the contract and the merchant’s organizational information in systems.
In addition, the team administers any change that needs to be made in our systems for our already existing merchant base. The team also, at the end of the merchant life cycle, handle off boarding as a decision by our client or the merchant themselves.
This is a consultant assignment through Academic Work, it is start asap to 30/11. Assignment can also be extended after that or you can be directly hired.

Onboard new merchants in systems by configuring all their details and grant them access to our Merchant Portal
Administer changes in systems for our already existing merchant base
Assist our offshoring partner with daily questions about our tasks.
