Do you want to be part of our Subsea group and help the industry in tackling the energy transition?
We see an increased demand for our services within subsea digitalization and subsea control systems and are thus looking for a senior control system engineer with digital competence to join our team.
We are a team with large flexibility and high expertise giving great opportunity for development.
We combine our domain knowledge and subject matter expertise in a strong technical environment making us the preferred advisor in the energy sector. Our independent position brings us close to both the manufacturers, engineering companies, operators, and industrial research environments.
As a Senior Subsea Engineer you will have these main roles and responsibilities:
Be involved in projects and services from the concept stage, to design, engineering, and operational decision support of subsea productions systems (SPS) with focus on the control system, especially electric systems and fiber-optics
Be involved in development of digital solutions including “Digital Twins” for subsea assets
Be involved in development of tools used to control the risks throughout the lifetime of the assets. We are serving both the traditional oil and gas market, and increasingly, the low carbon energy market including offshore wind farms assisting with the energy transition
Be working in cross-disciplinary projects together with discipline experts and assist manufacturers and operators with technical advisory related to design, concept evaluations, optimization and establish maintenance programs for structural integrity
Position Qualifications:

To qualify you must have, ie essential skills
Master’s Degree in Electronics, System Engineering, Digitalization or similar
Several years of relevant professional experience
Strong skills with control systems, especially electrical and fiberoptic systems
Knowledge or interest in digital solutions including development and application of “Digital Twins”
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Key competencies and personal attributes

Able to work both individually and in teams
