As Senior Project Planner you’ll support the project organisation in developing, maintaining, and analysing time schedules and human resource plans in accordance with our guidelines and processes.

The department is part of our larger Project Management Support area and assists Ørsted’s offshore wind projects in continental Europe and the UK within the five project management disciplines: integration, scope, schedule, resource, and risk management. You’ll play an important role in:
driving the time and human resource planning in our projects as well as controlling and maintaining time schedules and performing schedule analysis
carrying out progress updates in terms of activities and resources and communicating and reporting progress, performance, and forecasts on a regular basis
having a close collaboration with other planners in the team to ensure high-quality integrated schedules
supporting management decision-making within the projects by using your skills and insights
ensuring that best practice is documented and implemented.
To succeed in the role, you:
have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification
have extensive experience with project planning in Primavera P6 and can draw on experience, knowledge, and competences equivalent to PMI-SP
have excellent communication skills, enabling you to present and communicate complex matters in a professional and straightforward way
have a proactive, structured, and analytical approach to your work and a good sense of detail
thrive in an international environment and possess interpersonal skills, enabling you to create good relationships with your stakeholders, some of which will be in other countries
have substantial experience with planning large constructions projects, preferably within the offshore industry.
