In this position you can expect to be challenged both professionally and personally as well as becoming part of our team that creates solutions for the future.The job as a Senior O&M Engineer involves a solution-oriented approach to strategic maintenance within all disciplines of technical asset management. You will be responsible for solution development and project execution in close dialogue with the customers. Our customers are primarily within operation and maintenance organisations in renewables, production & process, maritime and oil & gas industries. For the right candidate there will be opportunities to have both a coordinating and leading role.Our work environment is very agile, and you may therefore expect many different tasks and responsibilities. We work cross functional in the organization by combining competencies as required for individual projects from other DIS departments.Tasks could be, but not limited to:Strategic asset maintenanceRCA & FMECA workFacilitate courses and trainingManaging maintenance organisationsDeveloping maintenance plans and tasksTechnical assessmentsProject managementBusiness developmentWe are looking for a visionary and professional team playerYou have more than five years of experience within maintenance management and execution in maintenance organizations. You have and educational background as marine engineer or similar at minimum bachelor level. It is an advantage if you have further education or formal qualifications within maintenance management or project management.As part of a consulting business, we expect that you are good at understanding new complicated problems and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you act flexible and are willing to take on several different roles within the projects.
