As a Senior O&M Engineer you will experience an independent job and versatile work with professional challenges matching your technical area of expertise. The job as a Senior O&M Engineer involves a solution-oriented approach to strategic maintenance within all disciplines of technical asset management. You will be responsible for solution development and project execution in close dialogue with the customers. Our customers are primarily within operation and maintenance organisations in renewables, production & process, maritime and oil & gas industries. For the right candidate there will be opportunities to have both a coordinating and leading role.
Our work environment is very agile, and you may therefore expect many different tasks and responsibilities. We work cross functional in the organization by combining competencies as required for individual projects from other DIS departments.
Tasks could be, but not limited to:
- Strategic asset maintenance
- RCA & FMECA work
- Facilitate courses and training
- Managing maintenance organisations
- Developing maintenance plans and tasks
- Technical assessments
- Project management
- Business development
We are looking for a visionary and professional team player
You have more than five years of experience within maintenance management and execution in maintenance organizations. You have and educational background as marine engineer or similar at minimum bachelor level. It is an advantage if you have further education or formal qualifications within maintenance management or project management.
As part of a consulting business, we expect that you are good at understanding new complicated problems and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you act flexible and are willing to take on several different roles within the projects. You are motivated and passionate about maintenance where you keep focus on the technical details and thrive with responsibility and customer contact.

You also take responsibility for your own qualifications, seeking to add on by further training or education.

Furthermore, you understand the importance of knowledge-sharing with colleagues.
