In order to support our rapidly expanding Digital Operations practice in Nordics, Cognizant is hiring a Service Line Specialist for Denmark.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative, high potential sales leader to join Cognizant Digital Operation as a senior executive to lead, build, and expand upon our footprint in the Danish market. Specifically, we seek someone who is well-versed in the latest Business Process Outsourcing and Hyper Automation trends and who possesses direct experience selling the following outsourcing solutions and professional services:

Finance & Accounting services

HR/Payroll services

Procurement services

Supply Chain services

Business Transformation of Shared Service Centres

Specific back-office solutions for retail or manufacturing industry

Grow Denmark with new logos as well as grow our existing accounts.

Manage and maintain commercial conversations with clients

Manage relationship with clients

Originate new logos, build robust pipeline

Job Description details

Expand our Digital Operations presence in Denmark via personal network, working with our Client Partners and Sales Executives for respective vertical (BFS, Life Science, Manufacturing, Logistics and Retail)

Create a strong pipeline of opportunities in new logos, as well as current clients

Strive to rethink and update the status quo; thinking differently to resolve problems

Drive innovation and change across the organization – Elevating our brand and level of conversation and engagement at various clients

Maintain Cognizant's market presence as the preeminent Digital Operations company in Denmark

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Preferred MBA and BA from top-ranked institution

Functional / Domain Skills & Specialisation

A minimum of 10 years of success in a sales, business development or program leadership role in a premier consulting firm or within the professional services industry

Deep understanding of Business Process Outsourcing, Business Transformation and Hyper Automation within horizontal offerings like Finance & Accounting, HR/Payroll, Procurement services. Experience from specific vertical solution within Retail and Manufacturing/Logistics is valuable.

Expertise in consulting-led conversations and solution-selling

Obsession with customer focus and operational excellence

Past experience selling and developing business, with heavy emphasis on performance, execution, transparency, and validated results

Ability to truly understand and relate to a high-level client and understand its mission and business philosophy is required

Understanding and experience in working in an onsite/nearshore/offshore/outsourcing business model

Demonstrate the flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments and cultural backgrounds

Language Skills

Fluent in Danish and/or English

Interpersonal / Consulting / Soft Skills

Executive presence, emotional intelligence, extraordinary people and interpersonal management skills, and exceptional communication skills are absolutely required

Professional Experience

10 - 15 years of experience serving as a business development executive, sales executive or client partner serving Business Process outsourcing clients on C-level.

Travel expectations

Travel within Denmark is expected. Some travel to our Nearshore and Offshore locations may also be required.
