Description
Project aim to take the next step with our in-app-communication abilities. Communicating with our consumers inside our mobile apps is one of our most important strategic activities. The solution we have need to be updated to support communication in more markets during season 2021. By March 2021 we need to be ready for the coming season. The ability is created from several technical components, all developed by different teams. Some of these teams have a much larger scope, and this is only a small part of what they do. The project need to be held together by a clear leadership, ensuring priorities, budget and plan.
Role and responsibilities description
Responsible for the overall IT delivery of the project
Responsible for formulating a plan to meet the objectives of the project while adhering to an approved budget and timeline. Formulate the scope of the project, resources necessary to complete it, anticipated time and financial requirements, strategy for communication among relevant stakeholders, plan for execution and documentation, and proposal for follow-up and maintenance.
Responsible for resolving time & scope deviations, and communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure the project gets back on track. Actively work with risk management and contingency planning to continue moving forward even when roadblocks occur.
Manage the delivery in close alignment with the various delivery centers and suppliers (here mainly three agile- delivery teams)
Following up the work of and collaborate with the various IT suppliers
Manage dependencies between the demands and with other related projects and initiatives
Test planning and coordination
Collaboration with a dedicated IT architect who will be responsible for the end-to-end solution
