Do you have solid experience with project management combined with outstanding stakeholder management skills? Would you like to apply your competences to ensure overview and efficient planning of projects within our Training Innovation department?
We are currently looking for a 12-month’s maternity cover, who temporarily will be taking over the role of Project Manager within Training Innovation.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for securing the overview of Technical and Safety Training projects, including managing and finalising various internal projects, and structuring the development of projects. You will develop and maintain relations with various stakeholders and strengthen the collaboration across departments.
You will also be responsible for:
Implementing MHI Vestas Development Central in Operations in collaboration with stakeholders
Managing finalisation of Safety’N’Mind app
Preparing and checking GWO Management system
Acting as the interface between the Technical and Safety Training Department and stakeholders
Develop the 2025 roadmap
Preparing onsite GWO Training Projects
Establishing Project Delivery Plans and managing corresponding timelines, outstanding actions, and budgets
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…preferably holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Learning or similar, and has solid experience with Process and Project Management. You must have outstanding facilitation skills, and be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
To succeed in this position, you must have good collaborative and networking skills. In addition, you must be proactive, detail-oriented, structured and conscientious. The ideal candidate has an analytical approach combined with excellent coaching skills.
