We are looking for YOU, a Project Manager with your own unique brand and style, looking to push the boundaries through the below career opportunity.
The EMEA Business Applications Domain is home to a variety of expert roles such as Delivery Managers, Program- Project Managers, Architects, Consultants and Support Engineers. This team is at the forefront, leading the presales and delivery of large multi-million USD customer engagements and is measured for customer success and platform adoption. Typical engagements will have Dynamics ERP/CRM as a central theme alongside other technologies and capabilities, which calls for the art and science of organizing and managing the ambitions of many internal and external stakeholders. These engagements will typically have a central customer project location, steering the project and adoption impact across many countries and 100s of users. 50-60% travel is expected.Responsibilities
As a Business Applications Project/program manager, you will be accountable and measured for the project P&L, customer success and platform adoption. You will form, lead and manage the performance of large teams (typically 25- 50 members from Microsoft and partners) with multinational talent, both onsite and offshore upholding the Microsoft values of Diversity and Inclusion. Typical Services Project size and complexity can vary between USD 2-15mn and 20’000-100’000 consulting hours.You will be entrepreneurial during the sales and delivery process by taking prudent decisions, calculating risks, delivering outcomes, passionately seeking and influencing opportunities to grow the customer account.You will harvest lessons learnt from the field and help in maturing the project management practice/community through dialog with peers, curating methodology and artefacts.
QualificationsMust have qualifications
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.8 years Project and/or Program Management experience in Business Applications or Business transformationYou must have led approx. 3 full lifecycle Business Applications projects with results delivered.
and / or additional qualifications
Your own personal brand in leading large business transformation programs with demonstrable personal contributions.10+ years’ experience with large scale enterprise, global ERP or CRM solutions (such as Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Infor, Lawson, Salesforce.com, etc.) across multiple industries and several end-to-end projects.Demonstrable business development / presales experience in multi-million USD engagements.
