Description white">Tasks and responsibilities will include: white">The pressure is on when it comes to scaling up the power infrastructure on- and offshore.Our output needs to double in the coming three years. This requires best in class systems and processes. The new project collaboration system will enable us to increase the productivity and efficiency of its supporting project processes. white">As the OneCoSy Implementation Manager you are responsible to implement and coordinate the new Project Collaboration System, with working name OneCoSy (One Collaboration System), in the business unit Large Projects Offshore (LPO). We are in the process of tendering this new Project collaboration software which aims to commence implementation at the 1st of May 2021. The precise software package is yet to be chosen, as it is currently being tendered. The new software will be the new standard for project collaboration for offshore projects. white">You are the coordinator and representative for the business unit LPO. You are preparing the department and stakeholders of LPO within organization for the introduction of the new software package in new offshore projects. You are positively motivated, customer-focused and closely attached to the business. You are actively involved in preparing the implementation of the new system and will take part in the overall implementation project. You are able to connect the project with the business. Together with business members you identify, establish, improve and implement needs in the OneCoSy platform, building on already established needs on existing tender requirements. white">You are actively working together with other OneCoSy implementation managers of other business units. You create a standard OneCoSy project template for each offshore program. white">Together with our IT Service Managers you establish alignment by working according to the latest organizational standards. You are responsible for the smooth implementation, introduction of the new system and successful use by the first projects. In addition, you will interact with key users in the organization. You will be valued for results and a good sense of humor is appreciated. white"> Reports to:text-indent:-.25in;line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1;background:white"> · Lead LPO-PMO-DCS (Document Control and Support) white">Roles and tasks: Project managing the introduction of OneCoSy in LPO; Coordination of communication flows internally and externally (software vendor); Interface between our IT department and offshore business; Managing implementation risks and conduct risks assessments; Managing change requests and the implementation of changes; Support for overarching topics such as IT security, data protection (EU GDPR), authorization management; Manage the integration of our Offshore new process model in OneCoSy; Keep track of all system failures and improvements; Support cost control and invoice verification; Have a strong focus on stakeholder management; Actively contribute to enhancing software solution; Register and Implement lessons learned to realize continuous improvement; Identify and coordinate training necessities in user groups; font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; color:#333333;mso-ansi-language:EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">You contribute actively to a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and contractors. Requirements white">Candidate Profile: You have proven experience as software implementation manager You have completed at least a relevant education on HBO level and affinity with ICT; You have preferably proven knowledge and experience (3 years +) in the implementation of software applications in complex business environments. You have good communication skills and can organize and schedule activities well; You show initiative, you are analytic, sensitive, aware of different interest and capable of balanced judgment; You have good presentation skills or are experienced in reporting; You are dynamic and enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated. You take your responsibility and ownership (committed); Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (SharePoint and Word, Excel, PowerPoint); font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; color:#333333;mso-ansi-language:EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
