Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…be supporting the Chief Program Manager and the Project Manager in the overall planning activities of the program. You will be responsible for supporting the Project Managers in planning the module’s work, facilitating interface sessions and consolidating the module planning into an overall wind turbine level planning.
You will also be responsible for:

Supporting the Prototype Manager in the planning of the prototype and certification

Assisting the Operations Project Manager and the Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Managers in the planning of their scopes and the dependencies to the technology development project, including the planning of the timing of investments

Acting as a centre of excellence in project planning in relation to the program

Acting as the interface towards the OnePlan / Master Planning alignment (for the alignment towards commercial projects) and establish a regular forum with these functions

Monitoring and expediting critical path activities, and evaluating the risk profile (percentage and duration) of exceeding critical milestones

Preparing regular reporting including progress curves, and ensuring that relevant sub-level plans contain the necessary data and inputs for such reporting

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

…has extensive experience with project planning on complex, integrated projects as well as experience with project management, preferably with a formal certification. You must be a strategic thinker and have business and commercial understanding, and have technical and offshore related knowledge, favourably of wind turbines and the wind turbine value chain. As a person, you must be highly structured and result oriented, with the ability to convert business and financial knowledge into business value.

Possess excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to identify and involve stakeholders
