Functions:

Reports to the Head GFO Excellence
Lead strategic development and implementation of a transformation roadmap to a harmonized Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process, organizational design and structure, reporting as well as fit for purpose tooling solution.
Following endorsement of the proposal by the IAP steerco the program manager is responsible for successful implementation and transformation of the new IAP design in the business units.
Take into due account the present business operating approaches On- and Offshore Netherlands and Germany whilst also allowing for and accommodating short term specific businesses needs
Build and lead a cross-functional and cross-border program team representing divers stakeholder groups.

Collaborate and align with stakeholders to ensure consistency and aligned approach in support of the agreed company strategy.
Collaborate with external formal networks to leverage proven practices deployed and replicate as appropriate, and leverage outside proven planning practices.
Actively contribute to establishing a top class safety culture of care and trust in which people feel empowered and will achieve zero harm
Envisaged timeframe for this program until first half 2022

Requirements

Requirements:

Academic working and thinking level and a relevant bachelor/master degree; advanced courses in technical management and/or business administration and masters engineering skill(s), e.g. Electrical and/or Mechanical, Control & Automation etc.
Multiple years of proven experience in managing teams in organisations, incl. matrix organisations and with a diversity of stakeholders and complex business cases
Knowledge about the European renewables market, and the position of the TSO's within the energy transition and or Regulatory environment.
Mastery skilled experience with professional planning approaches and tools in preferably international business environments.

Preferably experiences managing virtual teams with very diverse professional and deep expertise skills in multiple locations
Preferably experience in consultancy environment.

Language: Good language skills in English and good language skills in German or Dutch dependant on native language
