The purpose of this position is to proactively plan and organize various permits and visas required to operate offshore in already established and future business regions and segments.
Keep close contact with projects and various departments within Ocean Infinity to map out what permits and visas are required for survey operations in different regions. Build a foundation of information regarding rules and regulations in different countries of interest and establish relationships with authorities in existing and future business regions. The permit and visa coordinator are also to assist with related calculations of cost for manning and operations and is to investigate timeframes for visa and permit applications.Keep visa- and permit related information up to date.
Support vessel owners with visa and permit matters
Work alongside project and different departments with related matters.
Develop an accessible system for related information to streamline and simplify the workflow regarding visas and permits.
Monitor changes in visa and permit regulations in countries of operations
Support Vessel Department with vessel importation if necessary
Support tender department in the tender stage to highlight information regards to cost and duration of visas and permits
Maintain an updated register of the conditions for permits and visas
support any other permit application
Maintain updates on laws and regulations
Experience within visa and permit on a global scale.
Experience in working with authorities on a global scale.
