Payroll Controller

We are strengthening our controlling team in Semco Maritime AS and are looking for a candidate to join us on our journey.
Personal profile:

Systematic and analytical
Flexible and able to meet deadlines
Being able to work independently and to be part of a team

You take initiative and are able to ensure that you receive the information you need
You are motivated to create continuous improvement. Being part of the solution to make controlling even better!

Tasks:

Responsible for the salary process and its continued development
Contact point for our external salary handling vendor
Internal and external sparring partner on collective agreements (Operatøravtalen 129, Flyteriggavtalen, EL&IT, IE and Fellesforbundet)
Assisting our Operation Support department in calculating equal pay and follow up the process.
Monthly reconciliation and reporting of salary

Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor degree
2-4 years relevant experience
Experience and good understanding of the salary process and the accounting connection
Experience with collective agreements (Operatøravtalen 129, Flyteriggavtalen, EL&IT, IE and Fellesforbundet)
Passion for process improvement and controlling
Experience with relevant collective agreements within Oil service business
Good ERP knowledge, experience with IFS is an advantage
