Onsite IT Infrastructure Analyst

Manage incidents in ServiceNow; second level support within agreed SLA
Carry out installation, movement and recovery of PC and related hardware and software
Undertake project work as required
Identify and communicate new and upcoming work requests
Fulfil all duties of the site on-call rota, including but not restricted to, being available for out-of-hours on call work on a periodic basis
If requested, travel to other ConocoPhillips onshore sites, offshore installations and drilling rigs to perform support and installation duties.
Demonstrate good discipline for creating and managing documentation in our file systems or knowledge centre database
