The role can be performed from our offices in either Brande - Denmark, Pamplona - Spain or Hamburg - Germany.How to contribute to our visionThe Multibrand sales team is part of Growth & Transformation within the Service HQ functions. The team is responsible for ensuring an effective sale of multibrand services. In this context, the Multibrand Costs Specialists manage the entire cost base of relevant service products based on our standards, like the Service Offer Calculation Tool, which is provided by the Operational Analytics (OA) team in a detailed way during the sales phase. Therefore, a close collaboration with the OA team is paramount. Furthermore, the multibrand cost specialists ensure that statistical and other empirical data are comprehensively leveraged, e.g., from our Product Integrity (PI) team and other sources in order to provide the best possible view on service contracts costs of the respective turbine types.As a Multibrand Cost Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Service Offer Calculation Tool for Multibrand turbines, ensuring it is aligned with all relevant stakeholders, following all relevant costing and financial guidelines as well mirroring operational standards and work practices.The role of the Multibrand Cost Specialist is twofold: You willEnsure that all relevant multibrand turbine types are available for calculation in the sales process to our global service sales force, using the standards and tools provided by the Operational Analytics team. To this end, you will transform operational input into financial data by proper stakeholder management. Since the business and the products are in constant development the Multibrand costs specialist should make sure to always be aligned with the current standards of the business.Provide user support to all users of the Service Offer Calculation Tool in the context of selling services to multibrand customers. User support can be either in the form of approving calculations, providing guidance on best practice calculation approaches, technical support in the IT platform of the tool and ad hoc problem solving.Additionally, you willEstablish cost models for all relevant multibrand turbine framesCollaborate with PI and OA to ensure best information is processed according to established and accepted standardsMake annual cost updates (cost collection and implementation) including continuous cost optimizations in the SOC toolProvide 1st level user and sales Support in terms of calculation methodologies, calculation reviews, and technical clarificationsUpdate Work Instructions and Manuals in relation to multibrand cost calculationsSupport in build-up of new data structures in terms of more sophisticated tools and templatesSupport in development of new tools/applicationsMaster data implementation, optimizations and transparency, ensuring data is easily implemented and interpretedEngage in stakeholder management – continuous follow up with relevant stakeholders in departments such as Maritime, Operations, training, monitoring, PLM etc.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance to lead the change. We imagine that you have experience in the wind industry or similar industries, and an educational background within analytics, finance, IT. You could also have a background as an engineer, which allows you to combine and interpret technical and financial inputs. Standard industry knowledge would be considered an advantage.As a person you are self-driven and capable of working autonomously. Because you will be working with a culturally diverse and international team, as well as a multitude of stakeholders, you need to be fluent in English in both speech and writing.
