Assignment Description
- Responsible to gather input from all departments related to turnaround activities and prepare turnaround plan.
Establish schedules and schedule scenarios in VE’s planning tools
Identify POB requirements and coordinate priorities
Identify long lead material and equipment items and necessary specialist(s) and initiate call off or reservations.
Prepare logistic plan for turnaround.
Identify need for adequate technical support and planning to enable the different parties involved to implement the business strategy of an optimized shutdown.
Develop procedures or instructions for planning of the turnaround activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and their application in an efficient way (ref. turnaround operating Instruction; turnaround standard planning; etc…).
Analyse results of turnaround project and issue close-out report to highlight elements of the gaps between realised and planned activities for the next Turnaround.
Follow-up and monitor the progress status of turnaround preparation and execution.
Participate in the daily status meetings with offshore.
Contribute in planning of WO from SAP when possible.
Work closely with system owners in order to support planning and implementation of solutions particularly when this involves shut down of a system/installation or the entire plant.
Participate in identifying required temporary equipment
Participate in SIMOPS/HAZOP’s etc.
Assist MODS planner in maintaning the total integrated schedules
Ad-hoc task for MODS Project Services Supervisor
Qualifications Required
- Minimum Msc/Bsc in engineering, formal education my be substituded by relevant documented experience.
8-10 years experience.
At least 10 years experience and knowledge of turnaround planning and/or planning and scheduling.
Good knowledge and experience in use of planning software such as Safran Project, MS-office, etc.
Language: English - level 4, Norwegian Level - 5
