Management Assistant to the Head of Offshore is a unique position within Vestas that allows you to be instrumental to the success of the Global Senior Vice President. The role will be part of the Global Offshore Commercial organisation. This area is responsible for steering the commercial activities within Vestas’ offshore segment.
As Management Assistant to the Head of Offshore your primary responsibility will be strategical and administrative support to the Global Senior Vice President of Offshore Commercial. You will effectively allocate and organise their time efficiently by understanding and prioritizing requests and business needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient business operation for the organisation. You will provide the "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to their time and office. You will be part of the management team and join related meetings.
Responsibilities
Extensive calendar management, coordination and travel planning (develop itineraries, schedule flights, arrange other transportations, visa)
Professionally represent the GSVP when greeting guests, organizing company events, reviewing correspondence and responding to inquiries made to the GSVP
Facilitate agendas and meetings for the regional leadership team
Maintain effective daily operations and make suggestions for process improvements when necessary
Prepare and follow-up on strategic initiatives and coordinate cross functional projects
Preparation of presentations, minutes of meetings
Internal and external communication support, potentially with customers at C-Level
Expense reporting, IT ordering and problem solving and other SAP related tasks
Events and Fairs ManagementQualifications
Experience from a similar position in an international company would be beneficial
BA degree in a relevant field of study, e.g. languages, Business Administration or similar
High proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel and also SAP if possible
Fluent communications skills in English, both spoken and writtenCompetencies
Approachable and a natural trust-builder with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
Ability to make efficient decisions, prioritise effectively and handle tasks with discretion and confidentiality
Fast, agile, service-minded with a can-do attitude
Able to prioritize the workload and have professional coordination skills
Have the ability to adapt in an ever-changing and ever-growing environment
Methodical with the ability to think ahead and anticipate the needs and requirements of management
Resilient and confident, able to question with an effective and collaborative approach

Additional Information
Primary work location is Copenhagen. Occasional travel within the region is to be expected.
