M&A and Strategy Professional - Wilhelmsen, Marine Products

The position will be part of a newly established team in Marine Products, responsible for accelerating and supporting the growth agenda. You will report to the Vice President Strategy and Business Development and will be working closely with the other business units and the management team.

Main tasks:
Developing the existing portfolio and look for new business areas and ventures, including market screening and assessment of potential targets
Lead/contribute to processes related to mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures
Project manager for Due Diligence, Post Merger Integrations, and selected Business Development initiatives
Running/contributing to business and functional strategy processes
Performing financial and commercial analysis, and develop investment cases
Qualifications:
Master’s degree and relevant work experience, preferably from management consulting, investment banking or maritime related industry
You are curious, proactive, and open minded
You have a strong analytical mindset and knowledge of business
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and ability to communicate with, influence and motivate people
