For our Strategy Innovation department within Offshore Sales & Projects, we are looking for a Lean Project Manager, to join us in rethinking and optimizing the wind turbine pre-assembly at harbor and offshore installation works with the purpose of improving lead times and costs. Our team are based in Vejle, Denmark.
How to contribute to our vision
As Lean Project Manager, you will be given the challenge to innovate workflows of wind turbine construction processes and drive major workflow changes based on operational opportunities, latest product technology & customer requirements.
You will lead filming, analysis and development activities in close collaboration with operational teams and relevant stakeholders and are required to engage in the offshore project execution phases as part of implementation.
Monitoring and assessment of workflows are required to identify new opportunities and ensure safe and reliable execution of work.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- You hold a background within engineering, B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field
- You have 5+ years of lean management, six sigma or operational experience
- You are passionate about operations development and continuous improvement
- You are innovative, analytical and detail-oriented in your daily work
- You possess excellent English communication skills, both orally and in writing
