Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for implementing our decarbonisation programme in our supply chain. You’ll be working closely with our Group Sustainability and HSE departments in defining initiatives, which will be presented to our key suppliers. Furthermore, you’ll collaborate with our category managers in the dialogue with our suppliers.

You’ll be part of Procurement Excellence where you, together with your colleagues, will play an important role in delivering world class procurement. Procurement Excellence consist of 35 colleagues driving excellence across Procurement, e.g. digital solutions, competency development, analytical excellence, and more.
You’ll play an important role in:
representing Procurement’s interest in the ambitious decarbonisation programme
driving a commercial dialogue towards suppliers regarding green electricity and reduction of CO2 emissions
project managing the development and implementation of decarbonisation in our supply chain with focus on our SRM processes
managing data regarding suppliers’ performance and ensuring the data is presented to management in a commercial format.
To succeed in the role, you:
have a relevant master’s degree
have strong stakeholder management skills and are used to interactions with C-level individuals
have deep knowledge of procurement processes, especially SRM
have solid project management experience and skills
speak and write English fluently, thrive in an international environment, and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.
