Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…be responsible for creating end-to-end project schedules, keeping them up-to-date while the projects are maturing with our customers. You will have to cooperate closely with our Sales department to develop early schedules and scenarios.

You will maintain a full portfolio of projects, monitor their maturity against our sales process gates, and nominate each project for escalation to the next stage.

You will communicate with resource owners to facilitate their capacity planning, then revise the scheduled activities to level the demand accordingly.

As the ITO Project Planner, you will be in charge of keeping consistency in planning methodology across our project portfolio, through the application of governance and standards.

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

…has experience as a project planner in Wind Energy, Construction or Transport Logistics, preferably with a global footprint. You have a good business understanding, and the ability to develop deeper knowledge of our value chain. Previous experience as a planner using Primavera is mandatory.
