Kairos Technology

Kairos Technology is a startup company that develops innovative and disruptive technology using state of the art Agile processes. Our unique product, Kairos Control Room Assistant, is a software solution for increased plant production by means of real time situational awareness and decision support. All realized by using a unique blend of techniques based on functional modelling, artificial intelligence and data analytics.

Kairos have acquired solid owners, Eldor, ProVenture and Skagerak Maturo, and we are providing a software that will reduce effects of abnormal situations, avoiding plant shutdowns and offering real-time decision support when abnormalities occur in complex industrial systems. Some of our clients are Repsol, ConocoPhillips, Equinor, Harbour Energy and Total. Recently, Semco Maritime, selected Kairos Technology for a pre-study to develop the next generation of AI driven predictive maintenance of offshore wind power substation and it will be taking maintenance to the next level in other sectors as well. With an informal, creative and knowledgeable environment we work together to be the forefront of artificial intelligence and cloud solutions.

Our flagship

Our flagship product, Kairos – Control Room Assistant (CRA) has been developed to give control room operators real-time support. This is done by detecting abnormal situations and identify root-cause, predict future consequences, and suggest mitigation plans. The CRA will always be on alert and immediately present the root-cause with its consequence behind an abnormal situation and recommended counteraction steps. The objective of the CRA is to make sure the operator is assisted with cause/consequence information and counteraction suggestions on relevant observations during operation. CRA not only reduces greenhouse gases and risks such as oil spills, but also and increases production by 5 %.

Being an IT Project Manager at Kairos

You will be working with client onboarding for SaaS from order placement to handover to customer success. You will be supporting global clients and product development by capturing and translating user requirements into features for development. This also includes managing workshops on a continuous basis with clients and commission software for digitalization of condition monitoring, process optimization, and diagnostic decision support of customers' process plants. You will report to the CTO. Work location is either Stavanger or Lyngby (Copenhagen).

Ideal qualifications

We believe that you have a passion for technology and start-ups, and that you have a BSc in Business Administration or Engineering. Your communication skills are excellent, and you have 3+ years of experience in leadership positions. You have a Project Management certification and a solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics. You must be fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages.
