About the role
You want to create a secure, beautiful and efficient IT eco-system that can serve operational and development needs for a tech, engineering and manufacturing company based in Sweden and the US. Help define the next generation of best-in class sustainable systems and practices to take best care of our customers and co-workers. As we are a scale-up, this role entails strategic as well as extremely operational responsibilities - from setting strategies to administration of o365 groups etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management of IT partners, contracts & best licensing
Use latest tech to offer security in an easy to use way
Manage secure content and data-sharing strategy
Manage evolution of inhouse and external services, helping to choose the correct services and platforms
Implement backups and redundancies for critical systems
Security audits. GDPR & pro-active IT initiatives
Work with DevOps and Development teams on integrating systems where needed
The role can be based in either Stockholm or Nyköping.
Your profile
We believe you are an IT professional with previous experience from a role where you work closely with colleagues as well as partners on everything from setting strategies and sourcing the right partners, to actual problem solving as well as administrative tasks.
As this is our first internal IT role, we need you to be self-propelled and able to make autonomous decisions as well as lead yourself in the daily work.
We think you have experience from a Microsoft/o365 environment. Hopefully from a fast-scaling and/or multi site company.
You communicate fluently in English and if you also speak Swedish, we consider it a plus.
