We are currently looking for a high-performing Hydraulic Design Engineer to support Anchoring, Mooring and Towing deliver team. In this role you will be responsible for design delivery for committed projects. In collaboration with the product management team, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining our product range. Due to the nature of the role, we wish you to have good communication and collaboration skills together with customer-oriented mindset. The role will be based in Rauma with remote working possibilities.
ResponsibilitiesHydraulic designing of anchoring, mooring and towing equipmentExecuting design for customer projects and participation in supply chain activities related to the delivery of the product
Technical support together with relevant stakeholders
QualificationsA minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical or hydraulic engineeringExperience in designing hydraulic systemsAbility to use relevant engineering software / tools (CAD and PLM)Previous experience in maritime business is considered as an advantageAbility to work independently as well as in a teamCustomer-oriented mindset with good collaboration and communication skillsFluent spoken and written English skills
