HSEQ ADVISOR | ARENDAL | NORWAYOSM Maritime is recruiting an experienced HSEQ Advisor, based in Arendal. The HSEQ Advisor will work with both Fleet/Vessel teams and HSEQ team to ensure that Company operations are executed in line with internal management system requirements and associated legislation and regulations.Whilst this position is onshore based, there will be requirement to support operational activities both offshore, when vessels joins the fleet, and during mobilizations.Duties and responsibilitiesCoordinate development, maintenance, and improvement of Business (Quality) Management SystemContribute to implementation and follow-up of the fleet/vessel’s and company’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality ProgramsSchedule and carry out internal and external HSE and Quality audits and inspectionsFollow-up of incidents and non-conformitiesParticipate in internal incident and accident investigationsInitiate and follow up risk assessmentsArrange and follow-up working environment surveysCarry out familiarisation/internal trainingParticipate in take-over/pre-ops activitiesCarry out compliance analysesBe part of the Emergency Responds Organization (ERO)Prepare HSEQ statistics and reportsQualificationsExperienced with HSEQ PoliciesFamiliar with standards and regulations related to the offshore and maritime industryExperienced with performance of internal and external auditsKnowledge of risk assessmentsKnowledge of external environment aspects (ISO 14001)Professional communication in Norwegian and English (verbal and written)Sharepoint superuser level is an advantagesPersonal qualitiesGood organisational and communication skillsGood presentational skillsEnthusiastic/Self-motivated/Result-orientedAttention to detailsEducation LevelRelevant education at bachelor’s level, preferably with focus on maritime/HSE subjects and/or relevant experienceLanguagesEnglishWe can offerVery good working environmentChallenging and exciting workdaysCompetitive termsAttractive insurance policies and pension schemesContactNo'omi-Ann Berge Acostanoomi-ann.bergeacosta@osm.noDeadline15/08/2021
