About the department askHR Denmark is part of the HR organisation in Novo Nordisk and consists of 20 highly engaged and service-minded employees. We function as the one-point-of-entry for approximately 18.000 employees and managers in Denmark, where we provide guidance on HR administrative matters via the “askHR” phone, chat and email help desk. Furthermore, we handle a full range of HR administrative tasks related to employees, external consultants, organisational data management and compensation administration. We work closely together as a team with focus on efficient execution and great customer service in collaboration with our sister department in Bangalore. The position Your primary task will be providing service to our employees via our helpdesk function (chat and phone) where we provide guidance on specific terms and conditions in Novo Nordisk and provide user support to HR systems. The majority of our personnel administration tasks are handled by our colleagues in Bangalore, India but you will work as a liaison supporting them and Line of Business. We focus continuously on optimising, standardising, documenting and offshoring tasks and processes using LEAN principles and you will take part in these improvement initiatives. We currently have two vacant positions; a temporary and a permanent position. Qualifications You have an administrative background combined with several years of professional experience from a service function ideally in a HR department. You must be experienced with the MS Office package and have strong IT skills. Candidates with experience in working with SAP HR, ServiceNow or Employee Central or in a “help desk” set up will be preferred. You are good at communicating clearly and accurately and are able to collaborate with all levels of the organisation and you possess very good Danish and English language skills (speaking and writing). You have a strong customer mind-set and a professional approach with a can-do attitude reflected by a desire to take initiative and find solutions to the benefit of our customers and stakeholders. You are robust and able to keep calm under pressure and you thrive with operational tasks and short deadlines.
