We are looking for a professional Human Resources Coordinator in our HR team in Espoo to complete administrative duties and provide day-to-day support to our employees and managers locally. This is a fixed term position until November 2022. Role description The Evac HR Coordinator ensures that the HR-related matters, forms and documentation are administered quickly and accurately. You will assist employees and managers to complete forms and maintain employee records manually or digitally in HR information system, ensuring that the information provided is accurate and complete. You follow-up proactively with employees, managers and external parties (e.g. insurance providers and health care providers) to verify that the information is correct and compliant. You coordinate and administrate independently various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefits matters and provide the external payroll with the needed information accurately and on time. You are a local key user for the HR and working time systems and produce reports on general HR activity. You assist in health & safety, recruitment, onboarding, work time & absence management, training, organization development and employee relations processes. You have also an opportunity to participate in various HR development projects. We expect you to have good knowledge of Finnish Labor Law and employment regulations as well as full understanding of HR functions and best practices. You have relevant knowledge of payroll practices and have attention to details and data accuracy. We expect you to have effective HR administration skills and experience in HR systems. You work effectively even under pressure and meet deadlines. You have fluent Finnish and English skills, spoken and written, and most probably have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related. Good communication and co-operation skills help you to succeed well in this position.
