HR Consultant – HRIS - Denmark
We are looking for a Human Resources Consultant with focus on HRIS implementation and talent acquisition.
This HR Consultant position will initially have two main focus areas – one being the main HR representative in a major HRIS implementation project, working alongside our own IT team and external consultants to successfully implement and populate the database. The other area is building up a global applicant tracking system and become the process owner of global recruitment.

The role is an integral member of a small Group HR team – and it will require a very hands on for the day-to-day use of the tool but also a visionary in helping improve processes and finding betters ways to utilize HRIS going forward. With reference to our VP of People and Culture, you will become part of a strong team.

The position is based in Noerresundby, Denmark.

Key responsibilities:
Data maintenance in the current HR system based on the managers HR forms
Monthly and quarterly data quality checks
Document and maintain all major HR processes to be automated in the HRIS process
Collect and quality-check global HR master data for uploading
Act as the key training facilitator for all user groups of the HRIS
Act as the go-to person between the implementation project team and the user- group at large - ensuring the voice of our customers is heard
Update and adjust the framework of the Applicant Tracking Module, initially to handle all office-based positions
Together with local management teams, develop the necessary employment document templates, preboarding processes et al
Take ownership of and act as the systems developer of the HRIS data and associated processes
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations in collaboration with our Legal department
Qualifications & requirements:
A minimum of bachelor level education in an Human Resource related field
Significant and hands-on experience in implementation and ownership of an HRIS system - including Applicant Tracking Systems
Practical recruiter experience in a multi-national organization
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Ability to influence and build rapport with the relevant stakeholders
All-round HR business partnering experience is a plus
Fluency in Danish and English is required to effectively communicate with local and global systems users
