We offer an independent and stimulating position covering a wide range of HR functions and with direct reporting to the Senior Vice President of “People, Safety and Quality”. You will also be a HR Business partner for several of the company divisions including Group Support Functions.
Additionally, you will be involved in a number of traditional HR tasks, including:
You will be the natural “go to” person for people managers and you will be close to our people, business, processes and the strategy
Recruitment and onboarding
Competence and organisational development
Facilitate and drive HR processes of the annual wheel with the managers
Depending on your experience, interests and skillset you will have the opportunity to own some of the yearly employee lifecycle events
Being an advocate for our values and support managers in walking the talk
Talent management
HR law
as well as many other HR activities for internal customers. You will be responsible for cross-disciplinary HR projects and for ensuring that activities are in line with overall policies.
Professional qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience at operational and tactical level
Experience in implementing HR projects, including motivation and well-being
Recruitment experience
Experience from Human Resource Development (HRD) tasks
Education in the field of Human Resources (preferably MSc (Econ.), Diploma in Business Administration or similar)
Must be fluent in English and Danish (English is our group language)

You are impactful with the ability to multitask successfully. At the same time, you are results-oriented with a business approach and an open and confidence-inspiring personality. You communicate clearly and effectively at all organisational levels and have strong interpersonal relationships. You have the ability to work independently and with team spirit.
