HR Assistant
OSM is experiencing an increase in demands, and in order to meet our organisation’s needs we are looking to expand the HR team of OSM Europe with an HR Assistant for one year temporary support.
As HR Assistant with OSM Europe you will be delivering operational and administrative HR services to our Scandinavian organisation to ensure compliance with policies, processes and legal regulations. With approximate 200 colleagues in offices in Arendal and Bergen, Norway and Copenhagen, Denmark our every day work allows us to collaborate with a great team of strong vessel management and crew management professionals.
Key areas of responsibility:
HR Admin: – HRIS support, reporting (internal and external), data quality assurance
HR Partnering – onboarding, offboarding, performance , training and competence monitoring, HR initiatives (local & global)
Recruitment – advertising, candidate handling and – communication
Office admin supportQualifications:
Human Resources education and experience
Work environmental act (Arbeidsmiljølov) and HR routines understanding
Computer literacy and interest
Fluent Norwegian and English, verbal and writtenWe offer:
