Overall, you have the responsibility of supporting the HR team with execution of employment related changes. You will be in charge of all employment related areas for both onshore and offshore staff, expatriates, student assistants and contractors; such areas can be payroll, vacation, sick leave, parental/maternity leave, benefits, pension, insurance, external vendor services, policies, employee handbook, contractual documents, legal requirements.
Your areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
Be the first point of contact via our HR Shared Mailbox.
Be the first point of contact for employees and external stakeholders.
Be a specialist in HR various areas.
Support and execute on employee related tasks from the Recruiters and Talent Developers.
Issue contractual documents according to workflow requests.
Enforce a strong stakeholder collaboration and partnership to meet the business needs of the organization.
Execute standardized HR workflows and processes.
Deliver automated and innovative solutions to the extent possible, while keeping focus on high quality, cost-effective, customer-focused service.
Execute ad hoc cases adapting existing procedures to employee needs.
It is important that you possess a safety mindset and address the job with a strong understanding of the business and people. Naturally, you thrive in a highly independent and visible position in a free and dynamic working environment. Moreover, this position calls for navigation in a complex and very high pace environment, while managing complex multi-skilled tasks. We are looking for a strong and trustworthy team player with the ability to efficiently execute complex task in a flexible yet structured way.
Higher education degree or experience from similar position.
Enforce stakeholder management and collaboration.
Strong MS Office user and especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience in working with EAP systems and a natural interest in working with data and data quality.
Ability to keep an overview while working in a high pace environment.
Detail- and service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in oral and written English.
