Then take a look at this new role at Johnson Controls, and learn more about what we have to offer!What you will doAt Johnson Controls in Aarhus, we now have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Industrial Refrigeration (IR) Product Technology Unit in a new role as Global Project Manager.Johnson Controls is a global organization - spanning 2000 locations and with more than 105.000 employees worldwide - who are dedicated to creating a world that is safe, comfortable and sustainable through innovative, intelligent and integrated building solutions, technologies and infrastructure.You will report to the Global Director of Engineering, who manages an international business unit - specialized in the research, development and design of industrial refrigeration plants, compressors and heat pumps for both industrial, marine and offshore applications.You will support the Director in securing the continuous advancement of the unit through the completion of business critical project in accordance with JCI standards, as well as the consolidation, analysis and reporting of data from stakeholders to upper management. Thus, you will enter a role where you will need to navigate and manage several stakeholders on different levels (E.g. R&D, Sales, Production, Management and Customers), as well as take the lead across different projects and processes. You will utilize efficient and relevant project management procedures and tools to support the completion of projects and successful processes.Manage, collaborate and communicate with relevant stakeholders as you build your network and ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved in the processes.Consolidate relevant data across systems and teams.Analyse and deliver reporting to key stakeholders and upper management, detailing e.g. progress on product development and launches.QualificationsWhat we look forRequiredInternational exposure and relevant project management experience from a technical industry.Data driven, structured, and systematic mentality with great business acumen and strong people skills.The ability to empower, involve, coordinate and lead people in complex processes across a global matrix organization.Professional proficiency in English (Ideally, also Danish).Relevant experience with StageGate model or similar.PreferredDegree in Business, Engineering, Finance or similar.Solid track record in a similar role.Does this sound like you?
