Upteko is a young company located in Copenhagen, Odense, and Aarhus specializing in development of innovative drone systems for the maritime and energy industry. Currently, we have several ongoing and upcoming projects in our pipeline, where we have partnered with a multitude of global organizations. You will be joining an internationally diverse team dedicated and motivated to succeed in a rapidly growing industry.
We are searching for an Executive Assistant who would assist us in the following:
Ad-hoc administrative tasks (preparation of contracts, presentations, calendar management)
Coordination of projects (following up on milestones and deliverables)
Project reporting (preparation of written reports in collaboration with the R&D team, preparation of financial statements)
Management of project-related expenses and monitoring of budgets
Initiation of new projects (preparation of project proposals for grants in collaboration with R&D team)
Onboarding of new employees and other HR-related activities
We are looking for a new team member with the following skills:
Experience in project management
Structured and detail-oriented
Great interpersonal skills
Flair for writing research reports and product descriptions etc.
It would be a plus if you have experience or interest in drone technology and are aware of business trends in the field of innovative technology.
