We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated test engineer within Large Scale testing that brings forward ideas and solutions on how to solve and test complex systems. Key activities for the position:Project managementProject execution, testing in field and laboratoryUnderstands clients' needs and challenge; develop way of solving problem and implements solutions, incl. budgeting and proposal preparationTeam member and contribution to projects in DNV GL or with clientsParticipation in technology development projectsWe are looking for a candidate with BSc or MSc within materials technology, combined with operational experience from offshore/ onshore industry. The candidate should:have a unique interest in mechanical design including 3D modelling, strength calculationsan interest in new technologies, e.g 3D printing/ additive manufacturinghave experience from materials testing or industrial production plantknowledge to industrial standards and framework within materials technologycustomer oriented mindset and excellent communication skillsmotivation to take on new challengesenjoy working in teams and sharing your knowledgeshould have crane and or fork lift certificate and experiencemaintain a high degree of integrity in what you do and deliverbe fluent in Norwegian and English languages, both verbal and written.We offer:A meaningful job with one of Norway’s most attractive employers.
