We are looking for an electrical member to join our Global Installation & Maintenance team. Your main focus will be Global Installation & Maintenance of equipment. You will be responsible for running-in flawless launches, supporting the receiving factory during launches, and ramp of new product introductions and upgrades. Not only will you need the ability to support the running-in of all equipment, but you will also be responsible for all findings being tracked and communicated back to the engineering- and project team.
Responsibilities
Running-in of all equipment/tools during decommission/installation before handover to the local factory
Supervising and supporting the local maintenance team prior to handover
Creation of maintenance programs in addition to supplier documentation
Set safety as a priority, hereby in line with HS&E policy
Act as a close contact and anchor point with all Blade factories to be able to support and deliver as agreed
Qualifications
Electrical educational background with good technical understanding
Profound knowledge and experience within troubleshooting on production equipment or other relevant areas
Experience with troubleshooting complex production equipment
Experience within other large corporate organizations
You should be skilled within English both verbal and written
Competencies
Ability to communicate, build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Good problem-solving skills
You have a solid continuous improvement mindset that stays professional and collected during peak periods
Motivated and collaborative mindset towards stakeholders
Thrives in an international and multi-cultural environment
Knowledge of the LOCK-OUT TAG-OUT program
