Mintra is looking for a Sales Trainee who can support our commercial team as they bring our solutions to clients in new industries and regions. This is an entry-level position in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be committed to learning all of the competencies and behaviours necessary to become an integral part of a high-performing sales team – eagerness to acquire new skills and develop is a must and you should be inquisitive by nature.
Although the role is at trainee level, it is a critically important one. By supporting the commercial team with administrative duties, including purchase and sales ledger and profit/loss and balance sheet reconciliations, you will play a vital role in Mintra’s commercial success.
This role is based in Norway and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The role will evolve into an account manager position once the successful candidate can demonstrate the key skills and competencies for career progression.
Mintra has expanded significantly in recent years, but we’re not done yet. As customers in our key markets contend with digitalisation, automation and carbon reduction there is huge potential for growth of our market-leading technologies across sectors and territories.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Visiting potential customers for new business
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations

- Gathering market and customer information
- Representing Mintra at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Recording sales and order information in our CRM
