Join us in this role where you’ll support the EPC Director in leading one of our offshore wind farm projects, from project development phase through wind farm construction until transfer to operations. You’ll lead, motivate, and inspire a highly skilled project team, and secure successful delivery of your project.

Welcome to Deputy EPC Directors

You’ll be part of the Deputy EPC Directors team where you, together with your colleagues, will execute offshore wind farm projects across the globe. You’ll support the EPC director in delivering the EPC expertise and setup for an asset project, and you’ll be responsible for a defined limited scope of the offshore wind farm turnkey project and project management supporting activities.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing part of the project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources within your project
  • managing project stakeholders, internal as well as external.
  • ensuring an excellent QHSE performance for your project
  • supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring that lessons learnt are captured and fed back into the organisation to support continuous improvements
  • ensuring the diverse highly skilled project team is led to thrive and grow as a high performing team.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have business insights and understand the key drivers and levers that influence business performance
  • have a solid technical understanding of engineering, logistics or construction and relevant experience from the offshore industry
  • have leadership and team management experience from large, complex infrastructure projects, preferably from a strong matrix organisation
  • have experience from a senior project manager position and have gained hands-on experience with all phases of the construction of large infrastructure offshore projects
  • have good knowledge of international project management standards, such as PMI, IPMA or PRINCE2, as well as experience with stage-gate divided project execution.

  • Pension scheme, health insurance and five weeks of holiday entitled by the Danish Holiday Act. In addition to the five weeks of holiday, you’ll also receive a total of 10 paid days off for holiday purposes and fixed holidays per holiday year. For new employees, the allocation of paid holidays is made on a pro rata basis, depending on the date of employment. Student assistants will receive 12,5% of your salary in holiday pay instead.
