Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM is undergoing a major transformation - in a close connection with our Clients - and we are looking for a Delivery Project Executive who excel leading complex transformational programmes enabling the portfolio within Advice, Build and Run. The focus will be on the client transformation within EE&U Industry and specifically targeting a digital transformation to be initiated in February. Skills for this position require applicants who can both demonstrate a proven track record of clients operating worldwide as well as a deep Danish utilities industry understanding. Strong skills within stakeholder management, solution architecting, systems integration as well as change management capabilities will be an advantage. A growth mindset and knowledge of agile ways of working are obvious capabilities required for our Delivery Project Executive. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the transformation programme to meet business benefit KPIs, on time, to quality and budget using defined methods, processes and tools. You will use established techniques for estimating and planning, financial management and quality management. You will also work with your teams to identify and close business growth opportunities. You will oversee the design, implementation and delivery of complex transformation projects centred with Advice, Build and Run. These will be demanding and large-scale, multinational, needing high performance and availability. You will lead a multi-disciplined project team aiming to meet specified requirements and to exceed our clients expectations. You will be part of a community of Ass. Partners, Partners and Programme Managers who share ideas and are keen coaches and mentors of our delivery teams. In addition to the detailed requirements, you will have proven experience of managing transformation programmes or services in a client facing role and possess: - Strong leadership skills including management responsibility for a team of 50- 100 FTEs. - Experience of building and maintaining relationships with senior C-level stakeholders. - A well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making. - The ability to implement a team culture and communicate effectively with people at all levels. - The ability to develop enduring relationships of mutual trust with people. - The ability to manage programme risks and issues. - Demonstrable experience of using structured methods and tools. - Eligibility to travel and work across EuropeRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseExtensive experience in a Management Consultancy environment. Extensive experience in a SAP sales and programme management Proven business development track record. Track record of success in a multi-stakeholder environment and experience of large-scale business transformation. Successful track record in project delivery and/or services involving multidisciplinary teams. Experience of Global Integrated Delivery, managing on & offshore teams.
