This is achieved by pro-actively coordinating and managing our customer portfolio and building strong customer relationships. Your profile We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is a problem solver and can work independently. To be able to function well both internally within the workgroup and externally towards customer, you need to be socially competent, a good listener and committed. Previous working experience within customer service (especially regarding the transport- and/or shipping industry), will be an advantage but will not be expected nor necessary. It is compulsory for you to be fluent in Finnish and English, in both verbal and written form. You also need to have good working knowledge of modern IT-system such as G-suite, Gmail and MS office. Primary Job Responsibilities Have daily correspondence with customer regarding bookings and the registration of shipments. Ensure that quality standards are maintained but also work towards enhancing the service towards customers. Communicate and collaborate with other departments such as sales, accounting, operations and equipment control. Communicate with our ONE-offices.
