Are you our new Customer Service Coordinator in Maersk Training’s commercial team in Denmark based out of Svendborg? This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team and gain in-depth knowledge and experience in a global company with 10 Maersk Training business units around the world.
We offer
Based in Svendborg, as our new colleague in our Customer Service department you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and provide first class service to our customers, playing a key role in enhancing the quality of the services offered. You will be the point of contact for inbound enquiries, providing accurate course information, booking delegates onto courses and make sure all communication is clear for the delegates. You will become part of an experienced and passionate team.
Key responsibilities
Act as the face of our company, embodying our Core Values and principles in how we do businessEffectively handle inbound enquiries through channels such as email, phone, as well as “in person” visitors and our online booking systemClose collaboration with the delegates while in SvendborgCoordinating with key stakeholders to provide course information and follow up
Handling of joining instructionsProcessing invoices according to Course BookingsProcess orders and payments
Administration and set up of E-Learning courses for some of our CustomersClose collaboration with Operation (planner coordinator and instructors)We are looking for
You are outgoing, detail oriented and enthusiastic with a robust character. You will have high drive, able to work independently whilst still being a team player who are able to fit within a small team and collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments. You enjoy working in a very fast paced office environment. A customer centric view with a priority to quality customer service is also important.

You are able to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and written and be proficient in the use of MS Outlook and MS Office products. Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.Maersk Training focuses on solutions for clients in oil & gas, maritime and wind industries.
