Global Commercial Operations is a member of the Global Business Services family and strategically partners with AstraZeneca’s global brand teams and marketing companies to create capacity, enhance capability, and drive results using repeatable shared services.Content Centre itself is a showcase of select global, regional and some local commercial material for reuse in local markets. The materials are carefully curated and hosted in Veeva Vault PromoMats to make localization as fast and efficient as possible.The Content Centre Technology Manager is a key member of the Content Centre Operations Team, reporting to the Global Content Operations Director in Global Content and having responsibility for driving customer focus and excellence in the technologies and offshore support service that underpin our Content Centre offering.As our move to omnichannel (an enterprise-wide strategic priority) gathers pace and as we start to explore the power of modular content, this is an exciting time to join the team and bring your expertise and creativity to help drive forward the evolution of Content Centre, shaping and scaling our service to meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Upholds the high standards of service expected of our technology offerings and offshore support.Stays on top of technology and innovation in healthcare and brings innovative solutions to our business challenges and requirements.Ensures our technology design and offering constantly evolves to meet our stakeholder needs.Provides guidance on the best fit technical solution for our stakeholder and for Global Content and, working closely with our partners in IT, implements agreed solutions.Sets and maintains the taxonomy for our systems.Trains and supports our offshore support teams.Provides technical input to training and communications for our broader stakeholder groups.Minimum requirements:Technical Experience:Extensive experience of working with Veeva Vault PromoMats and PortalsExperience of working with Adobe Experience ManagerExperience of omnichannel campaigns and modular contentExpertise in taxonomy, rights and standardsA passion for automationSupported by:A high level of attention to detailA passion for innovation and continuous improvementThe ability to build and deliver high quality system related training materialsAnd the following soft skills:Highly collaborative with excellent networking, relationship building and communication skillsHas strength of character. Is willing to challenge the status quo and able to do so in a constructive way.Decisive. Able to quickly assess options and recommend the best solutionCustomer focused.
