Role
As a C-level executive in Sweden's leading electric boat company, the Chief Revenue Officer / Head of Sales, Marketing and Business Development will be responsible for taking our already successful sales and marketing efforts to the next level. Our boats are sold direct from our factory in Stockholm, by resellers and through our digital channels.
We believe you have documented experience from managing all three disciplines and a track record in the leisure boating industry internationally. As all successful sales leaders, you are driven and motivated by interaction with customers and business partners.
You are organized and well versed in the tradecraft of sales; from lead-generation to opportunity management and contracting. We sell to direct customers as well as resellers who has contracts and sometimes complex business arrangements.
Experience from the boating industry is critical for being considered for this role.
We currently have a small but effective team covering sales to individuals, sales to resellers, digital channels, marketing and business development. Your role as their leader will build on mutual trust and respect.
Responsibilities
Create an effective revenue generating organization
Be part of the executive team to develop go-to-market plans, international expansion and product roadmaps
Sell boats
Develop relationships and create business development initiatives with partners
Govern the activities of an already very effective marketing operation
Qualifications
Experience from the boating industry
Proven success in sales and as a sales leader
Documented experience from implementing sales and CRM processes
