Are you interested in ensuring operations are executed within Operating Envelope and in accordance with Company Rules and procedures? If yes, then this position at TotalEnergies in Esbjerg Offshore on Halfdan B platform might be your perfect match!Key Responsibilities
As Chief Production Operator offshore, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in the daily operations on the site. You are the one to operate the facilities on a day-to-day basis.
These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
Perform the first degree of maintenance.
Acts as Area Authority representative and opening the Permit to Work
Conduct the Daily Rounds to monitor the facilities, log data, check integrity threats, check Safe operations of Third Parties.
Prepare and execute isolations and breaking containment verifying and ensuring the safety before any work is released.
Perform gas, NORM and other testing required to verify equipment is safe to work on for other teams.
Perform random audits on working locations.
Coordinate and prioritize the daily Production team activities in collaboration with the Production Superintendent.
Develop competences of Production Operators.
Candidate profile

Moreover, this position calls for a good analytical skill and the ability to be structured and to follow instructions closely. Also, excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential where you must be able to communicate effectively in English. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.
Your background
5 years of experience as Production Operator.
Educational background as Process Technician, skilled craftsman or similar with craftsman diploma.
Clear focus on HSE.
Proficiency in oral and written English, Danish proficiency is a strong advantage.
