Are you interested in conducting facilities from the Central Control Room offshore? If yes, then this position Offshore at Halfdan A might be your match!Key Responsibilities
As Chief CCR Operator at Halfdan A, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in operations inside the defined design envelopes and production plans. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in ensuring all duties are executed in compliance with TotalEnergies company rules and best practices. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques and also being first response to emergency situations.
Overall, you have the responsibility of the facilities including start-up, shutdown, optimization, and monitoring.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
Conduct the facilities inside the defined design envelopes and production plans.
Trigger the first response to emergency situations.
Ensure high level quality of handover and logbook management.
Keep an overview and log all activities being executed on the installation
Apply inhibitions as required.
Contribute to the safety performance of the site.
Communicate effectively with the staff in the field.
Communicate potential impacts to daily forecasted production to DOCC.
Coordinate the daily tasks in the CCR under guidance from the Production Superintendent.
Ensure that the CCR Operator is trained and exposed to all the various tasks in the control room.

This is with an analytical and detail focused mindset as well as a clear ability to manage emergency situations. Next a good leadership and management experience is relevant with the ability to organize, lead and motivate different cultures and different levels of education. Also, excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential in combining a holistic business view with concrete HSE initiatives. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.
Your background
Technical background with addition of specific Oil & Gas training.
Minimum 5 years as CCR Operator.
Proficiency in oral and written English.
