BW Offshore is now looking for Graduates with different engineering backgrounds to join the company upon completion of their degrees. Students enrolled within their last year in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme are welcome to apply.

BW Offshore builds on four decades of offshore operations and project execution to create tailored offshore energy solutions for evolving global markets. We recently won a major gas FPSO development project in North-Western Australia and also invested in and listed French floating wind company BW Ideol. BW Offshore is adapting to a rapidly changing world, capturing opportunities that arise in the ongoing global energy transition.


The Graduate Programme is a three year programme starting up in August. In 2022 we will hire Graduates in Norway and in Singapore.

As a Technical Graduate you may participate in all phases of projects: From concept development, tender and front end engineering, to project execution, construction and commissioning. Focus areas where technical Graduates typically are involved are within engineering and operation support as well as life extension projects within the organization.

As a Graduate, you will be exposed to other departments for periods to enable you to build a strong Company competence. We also expect a certain amount of flexibility and openness towards staying abroad and also travel offshore.

Who should apply:

  • Enthusiasm for your chosen field of study, but also flexibility and a keen interest to learn about other disciplines / departments
  • Desire to work in a multidisciplinary/multinational environment
  • Flexibility to travel, for both short and long assignments
  • Ability to work in a structured and systematic way, while delivering high quality work on time
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong academic track record
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

You will get international exposure in an open and friendly environment, as the graduate programme requires travel and/or international assignments, as well as long working hours in peak periods. The programme provides keen young talents with assignment possibilities at various project premises and on-board units.
