Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for establishing and developing business methods, procedures and deployment within our Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) organisation, in which you will also support functional process development and roll out. In addition, you will be an important point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding GSCM processes, procedures and changes.
You will also be responsible for:
Taking the lead in drawing and deploying business processes for the GSCM area
Securing a high level of quality in process documentation for the GSCM area
Securing GSCM process interface to other business areas (e.g. CSO, CMO, COO), and alignment of cross-functional business processes
Developing and anchoring business methods, processes and procedures
Identifying gaps and missing business processes across the GSCM area, as well as driving continuous improvement and optimisation of processes
Defining, planning and executing initiatives in collaboration with the respective stakeholders
On request, providing support with audit initiatives within GSCM
Supporting effective integration between processes, systems and data landscape
Monitoring and leading continuous review of existing GSCM-related processes to ensure that they are updated at all times
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has experience with mapping, creating and deploying processes and procedures. You must have a structured and systematic mindset and a good understanding of business processes and the value chain in a manufacturing company. Importantly, excellent stakeholder management skills is crucial to this position, as you will be cooperating with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Consequently, you must be a team player with a global mindset and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Possess good IT knowledge and skills within MS Office
Are interested in learning new systems and acquiring new skills
Are fluent in English, both verbal and written
Have strong analytical skills and are result-oriented
Are able to act in a dynamic environment and have a drive for performance
