The Graduate journey

Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments, and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.

You’ll work with asset management of our offshore wind farms across the UK and Continental Europe. This includes working on high-profile strategic projects that aim to increase the value of the asset business cases. In addition to working on strategic projects, you’ll get the chance to work with some of our most important external stakeholders; the joint venture partners who co-own our offshore wind farms. The rotations will be split between our offices in Gentofte, Denmark and London, UK.
You’ll play an important role in:
driving and delivering projects of high strategic importance and optimising business cases alongside experienced colleaguesconnecting the four regional asset management teams in Asia, North America, Continental Europe, and the UKsupporting external stakeholder management by managing select JV partner investors on our portfolio of offshore wind farmspreparing decision material, including business cases and recommendations for senior managementplanning and driving workshops and events with project stakeholders and assisting colleagues with other ad hoc tasks.
To succeed in this role, you:
hold a master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or engineering from before 1 September 2021 with great resultshave strong analytical skills, a high level of personal drive, and a high learning abilityhave the ability to develop, visualise, and communicate concepts and ideashave the ability to interact with a wide-ranging group of stakeholders across the organisationhave an international, collaborative mindset and an ambition to be the best in your field.
