Business Development Manager - IoT (D/F/M)

Your deep knowledge in IoT solutions and a wider interest in Digital in general will be the key. From application modernization services and native cloud app development, to running some of the largest digital support services of their kind, you will help our clients envision and operate tomorrow’s products and services today.

The industry-aligned, IoT-enabled products work to join industry needs with human drivers. These intelligent products will continue to result in exciting, transformative outcomes. Your overall objective is to help clients in their digital journey and help them create the modern business they aspire and create business value.
Your Key Result Areas

• Responsible for Business Development & Customer Relationship for IOT and digital solutions

• Achieve annual revenue & TCV targets

• Work in a matrix organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designed

• Collaboration with Vertical teams, develop strong, long-term executive relationships

• Lead the end-to-end sales process

• Demand fulfillment, working with HR / Ops, Offshore Teams
Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree a bonus.

• Several years of experience in account management with responsibility of growing accounts

• Experience with large-scale consulting engagements and in the digital ecosystem in your country.

• In depth knowledge of IoT, Industry 4.0 and engineering consulting.

• Ability to find digital (technical) solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with "consultative selling" is essential.

• Prior experience forging relationships at Director, VP, and CXO levels

• Proven leadership qualities with excellent oral and written communication, strong oral and written executive presentation and persuasion skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English language
