We are now looking for a team-oriented and energetic
Business Controller, Pricing and Sales Performance
The group-wide responsibility for the business controlling of the sales performance in the Marine and Offshore Business Area covering especially Aftermarket sales but also contributing to the Project sales. The main objective is to support the sales team(s) to find the best possible sales price and revenue execution. The role reports to the Head of Business Control, Marine and Offshore Business Area.
Responsibilities:
Dynamic management and maintenance of setting price lists and discounts, product and product portfolio calculations
Creation and maintenance of data analytics for price variations, technology, product lifecycle and product portfolio analysis
Following up and reporting of financial and non-financial sales performance
Other business controlling tasks within the Business Area
To succeed in this position, you will have:
Relevant business control experience of 5 years at minimum
Good understanding of spare part, service and lifecycle business especially the sales price setting processes and related data analytics
In addition the experience about the commercial risk and sales contract management as well as Project business is a preference
Scalable working style and attitude from hands-on work to strategic thinking
High interest and motivation to understand business – builds a bridge between figures and business, “makes figures talk”
Fluent English
Degree in Master of Science in the relevant subjects
Dynamic, energetic and communicative personality
Solution oriented – you see rather opportunities than problems
