About the job:
As a Business Analyst you are responsible for identifying, developing and putting into practice D365 CE and/or Power Platform solutions. You collaborate and give sound advice on project management, business process development and implementation to meet business objectives. You’re comfortable to guide training to help users become confident working with the latest systems and technologies.
Day to day, you will:
Identify what clients need and transform this into solutions, including requirements, communication, traceability validation and re-useTranslate your clients’ needs into solutions, including requirements, communication, traceability and re-useRunning workshops with clients to identify their needs and requirmenet gatheringCollaborate with development and test team members nearshore or/and offshore on functional requirementsWork proactively to orchestrate upgrades and utilize the latest and new functionality Configure Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform oob functionality to implement business logic and automate business processes Stay abreast of updates and new releases in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Demo D365 CE and/or Power Platform in sprint demosGuide and train users (sales and service) on how to use Dynamics 365 CE effectivelyGuide and train users (citizen developers) on how to build Power AppsTravel as needed.
Your skills and knowledge include:
Working with clients as well as global teams on how to implement and maintain complex projectsExperience in facilitating projects with offshore teamsExtensive knowledge of CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagament, Power Platform and related Independent Software Vendor (ISV) products, and putting business solutions into practiceBusiness process re-engineering (BRP)Facilitating and conduct workshopsYou’re an excellent communicator both in Swedish and English, who is comfortable sharing complex technical information to expert and non-expert colleagues and clients verbally and in writing. You probably have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education, and at least three years of relevant experience, including CRMGenuine interest and curiosity in our client’s operations and business.
